Led Hy2Learn through three project phases, employing targeted activities and methodologies to meet each phase-specific sub-goals.
Phase I :
I) Spearheaded the strategic planning and execution of Hy2Learn, ensuring dynamic project management with VOFO at the helm for streamlined operations.
II) Established robust communication protocols, designating liaison officers across partner organizations to monitor activities and enhance project team synergy.
III) Leveraged cutting-edge digital platforms, including Outlook and Zoom, to facilitate regular virtual meetings and maintain continuous stakeholder engagement.
IV) Implemented biannual review sessions to evaluate and adapt the management plan, aligning with evolving project objectives and milestones.
V) Drove extensive dissemination of project outcomes through strategic use of social media channels and EPALE, maximizing visibility and impact.
VI) Orchestrated an innovative online kick-off event, optimizing inclusivity and minimizing environmental and financial footprints, complemented by interactive feedback mechanisms.

Phase II :
I) Spearheaded the multi-stage development of the Hy2Learn toolbox and guide, initiating with a comprehensive literature review and qualitative interviews with adult education instructors across partner organizations.
II) Facilitated a pivotal transnational meeting in Oslo to immerse project partners in Briga’s hybrid learning environment, evaluate collective research findings, and strategize the management plan.
III) Led the creation of a foundational baseline for the toolbox and guide, leveraging online collaboration and regular virtual meetings to maintain project momentum.
IV) Hosted a critical transnational meeting in Vienna, achieving firsthand insights into VHS Wien’s hybrid learning infrastructure, culminating in a finalized baseline and a unified development approach.
V) Directed the finalization phase of the guide, organizing a transnational meeting in Pamplona to integrate the hybrid teaching model at EOIP and establish a comprehensive feedback mechanism with instructors and learners.
VI) Coordinated an international Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) in Oslo, consolidating the project’s outcomes and fostering pedagogical exchange among key educational staff from all partner organizations.

Phase III :
I) Spearheaded the project’s culmination by synthesizing Activity 2 outcomes and finalizing deliverables, leveraging online platforms aligned with strategic management and quality frameworks established in Activity 1.
II) Orchestrated innovative hybrid national multiplier events targeting educators and adult education professionals to disseminate and discuss synchronous hybrid classroom models.
III) Led the post-event analysis and publication of project results, facilitating collaborative online evaluations and strategizing on future initiatives, including potential KA220 opportunities.
